Years back I went a couple of time in Lisboa, Portugal. Cais do Sodre train station connects the capital to the beach resort of Estoril, famous for its Casino and the F1 Grand Prix. The comboio rides along the atlantic ocean the whole time, and the route ends in Cascais. From there several bus connections head towards the mountains, where Sintra lies. Palacio da Pena, in the picture, is the main attraction of this wonderful little town, its romantic architecture granted it a place among the UNESCO World Heritage sites and it's just a bliss for the eye.
